We Rebranded!

You may have noticed - we rebranded! With that being said, we are still the same studio with the same owners and instructors - just with a new name! If you have any questions regarding how this has may affect you since the last time you visited, check here for some frequently asked questions. You can also reach out to us as well for any questions you may have that are not listed below.

  • Yes! All unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in classes have been transferred as our booking system is still the same: MindBody. If you are having any issues accessing your account or have any questions about your membership or class packages, please contact us at info@imayogastudio.com.

  • Yes! We are no longer part of the Modo Yoga franchise, and therefore, have changed our classes accordingly to fit our studio. Our Modo class will be replaced by Ima All Levels and our Modo Flow class will be replaced by Ima Flo.

  • Unfortunately, we are no longer part of the Modo franchise and cannot accept or give travel passes from every Modo location. We can accept or give passes from and to the Modo locations NYC, Paris, and London. 

  • It depends on what location your pass is from. We can accept a travel pass from the Modo locations NYC, Paris, and London.

  • Yes! If the gift card was already on your account, it should transfer. If you are having any issues, you can reach out to us at info@imayogastudio.com.

  • Most, but not all, of our classes are heated. The room temperature is heated to about 98 degrees and the room may get hotter during your class, especially as the classes become more full during our peak season.

    Our unheated classes typically are the Body Sculpt classes taught by Eduardo, our Power II class taught by Dan, and our Power class taught by Shayne.

  • Wear something that you feel comfortable in that is easy to move around in. You will probably sweat a lot, so lightweight, breathable materials that will absorb sweat and dry quickly are best. Shorts or leggings, a tee-shirt or a tank top are all great options.

  • You'll need a yoga mat and water for class. You might also want a mat towel, depending on how much you sweat. We have filtered water available at the studio so bring your own bottle. Yoga mats and mat towels are also available to rent (for $5 each) or buy if you don't have your own. We also recommend bringing a change of clothes for after class – did we mention you'll sweat a lot?!

  • Stuff happens – we totally get it! But unfortunately, we can't let latecomers in after our 5 minute grace period. Every class starts and ends on time to help provide a peaceful experience for all.

    Also please no leaving the room early as it creates the same type of disruption for your fellow students. Feel free to enjoy a cup of tea in our lounge and catch up with friends after practice!

  • We've definitely heard that before! Being the least flexible person in the entire world is the best reason to try a Modo Yoga class! But really, don’t worry if you can't touch your toes or balance on one foot – flexibility will come with time. You don’t have to be flexible to try your first class.
