MEMBERSHIP

*We require 4 months minimum commitment before freezing or cancelling

• Billed monthly starting on purchase date.

• Use begins with purchase.

• Cancelling Your Membership: After the 4 month minimum commitment, the membership rolls over to a month-to-month UNTIL notified in writing by email (info@imayogastudio.com) with a minimum of 30 days to cancel - no exceptions.

• Pausing/Freezing Your Membership: Membership suspensions (“freeze”) are permitted, but require a minimum 14 day notice to align with the reoccurring payment cycle of your membership. You may “freeze” your account for a minimum 2 weeks up to 90 days per calendar year. Lastly, membership suspension may not be made retroactively.

• If circumstances require you to terminate one month early, you have the option to change your last month unlimited for a 5 class card (value $175, expires after 6 months)

• Refunds made in form of studio credit only - *no exceptions*.

• Class Cancellation Policy:
  -Late Cancel (occurred 2 hours before class time): $10
  -No Show: $20

  **Drop In & Class Package Options lose the class if you no show or late cancel**
