prerequisites:
To honor the integrity of this training and ensure a safe and informed container for all, a prerequisite is required: completion of 200 hour yoga certification, pilates certification, personal training qualification, background in teaching movement, or aligned field (reach out to ask if you are unsure and may qualify for this). This ensures participants are grounded in anatomy and contraindications allowing us to move responsibly and confidently together.
Facilitate a full Creative Movement Method (CMM) Experience
Work with the six portals: breath, somatic movement, yoga, sound, stillness, and sensation
Cue and guide intuitively using the language of sensation and emotion
Curate music and energy flow to support nervous system regulation and expression
Hold space through trauma-informed, inclusive, embodied facilitation
Build and market your own signature class or experience

About ashli Katz
CREATIVE MOVEMENT FOUNDER
Ashli Katz, a Florida native and fitness professional for over a decade, has always been passionate about music and movement. A former dancer and gymnast, Ashli studied exercise science at Florida State University and is a registered 200hr Gentle Therapeutics Yoga Therapist. In 2017, Ashli launched her signature concept, Creative Movement Method, which combines her love of dance and yoga, music, and breath to inspire true embodiment and being.
