REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to make the training but would like to change to a different training date, we will honor a $100 change fee to push to the next training dates.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to classes, workshops, events, and teacher trainings. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including weather-related events such as hurricanes, natural disasters, or personal travel issues such as flight delays, cancellations, or other transportation disruptions.

We recommend that students and participants plan accordingly and consider purchasing travel insurance for added protection. In rare cases and at the sole discretion of Ima Yoga Studio, a studio credit may be offered for extenuating circumstances; however, this is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately no. In order to be able to receive full credit for your certification, it is vital that you are here for the full time frame. We outlined this as well in our policies during the application that you are agreeing to attend the training in full.

You can redo you test virtually with Johanna at no extra cost!
